  1. Model Identification - Buyer
    • Due to the fact that we cater for many models this is an important step
    • Once we know the model of your car we will inform you about availability
    • You do this by completing and submitting our online order form
    • Order form includes your contact details and delivery address
    • Contact details will assist us in getting hold of you to inform you about stock
    • Delivery address will ensure that we do not have to contact you again when we are ready to deliver - please provide only work or home physical address(no postal addreses)
  2. Availability - MySox
    • Once we get your model we will check availability and inform you
    • If we have stock we will commit to deliver in 48 hours (week days)
    • If we have no stock we will inform you as to when we expect stock
    • In the unlikely event that by the time we get payment confirmation we no longer have stock for your Window Sox you have an option to wait for stock for a specified period or get a full refund and re-order once stock is available
  3. Ordering - Both Buyer and Us
    1. Option One
      • Deposit R360.00 into our bank and we will deliver as per item 2 above
      • Full amount refundable if you are not satisfied with the product
    2. Option Two
      • COD at your delivery address
      • Deposit R100.00 in our bank and pay balance on delivery
      • Deposit refundable if you are not satisfied with the product
      • This option is available only for some limited areas in Johannesburg
    3. Option Three
      • Pay for the Product on collection at our offices
      • Full amount refundable if you are not satisfied with the product
  4. General
    • For Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) fax transaction copy to 086 669 3283
    • For cash deposits not necessary to fax as we will pick this up
    • Cheque deposits will be accepted only when the cheque is cleared
    • Credit Card or Debit card payments may be done only at our offices
    • Bank guaranteed cheques or cash is acceptable at our offices
    • Manufacturer's Warranty - Window Sox™ are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and materials. If our product does not meet your satisfaction then please return the full set (in its original package) within of 30 days of purchase and we will refund or replace your order as requested.
