Order Process

Our Easy Ordering Process

  • Search for correct model of your car - if you can not find it email us car make, model & year and we shall confirm availability on request to sales@mysox.co.za which must include car make, model and year. We have stock on all models although you may not find some of the models on our site
  • Add the item/s found to your shopping basket and proceed to checkout when finished with selection
  • Checkout and finalise your order ensuring that you provide us with a physical address (work/home - no postal addresses) for delivery
  • You will immediately get an email with an invoice including our bank details for cash or EFT payment
  • Use your ORDER ID as reference when making payment so that we may easily track your payment
  • Email or fax payment confirmation as soon as possible and we shall immediately send you a delivery schedule which is normally 48 hours from payment date
  • No action will be taken on any order where payment has not been done and or received
  • Delivery takes place during week days only excluding public holidays
  • While we ensure that stock availability on the website is as accurate as possible, in rare cases this may not be the case resulting in a delay. In such cases, we notify you immediately providing details of when you may expect delivery or alternatively we may refund you if you so wish
  • By processing your order you confirm that you have read, understood and fully agree with this order process and terms of use of this webiste which may be updated any time without any notice
